Help us sprout seeds for our spring projects! Join Friends of Coal Creek and pollinator expert Jennifer Frazer for a family-friendly workshop on winter sowing, a technique of seed germination that involves Ziploc bags, masking tape, and those crazy fluctuations of Colorado weather. We’ll have tons of native seeds and seed mixes to share, as well as all the materials we’ll need and some refreshments. (Have your own seeds? Bring em! Don’t need to germinate plants for yourself? Caretake a few bags-worth for us!)
