Teasel Tussle r. 1, Lafayette

It’s teasel time!

Spring has sprung and so has the common teasel, a riparian weed species that chokes out our native vegetation along Coal Creek. So let’s get after it!

Teasel is easy to identify and easy to pull and we’ll work for just an hour — making this a great first volunteer project if you want to roll up your sleeves and help the creek.

Training, tools and a safety briefing provided.

Exact location TBD.
