Learn about the amazing diversity and ecology of native bees in Boulder County. Presenter Adrian Carper is a research scientist with the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Colorado.

This program also highlights the development of “pollinator districts” in our area. Discover how the City and surrounding agencies are helping pollinators and how you can get involved.

Casey Lyons, executive director of Friends of Coal Creek, will address the ongoing effort to achieve a Pollinator City designation and overlay quality habitat atop our urban/suburban environment.
