Sowing Seeds in Lafayette

  • Public Road Trailhead Lafayette, CO 80026 (map)

Join us for a couple easy hours of fall volunteering to lay down some native seeds along Coal Creek in Lafayette.

Fall is when nature drops her seeds and we’ll follow suit. Leaving native seeds in the ground overwinter allows them enough warm/cold and dry/wet cycles to sprout when durable warmth arrives in the spring. Native seeds support pollinators, build ecosystems and beautify our public spaces.
